The app is also used for updating the A-Spire and A-Spire Wireless headset firmware.

Always keep your dongle updated to optimize performance. The update tool is for PC only.

The A-Rise headset is not updated through the mobile app. You need to download the A-Rise firmware below and follow the instructions in the guide to update your A-Rise headset.
